A live demo in one week: what the first sprint of a product looks like
Instead of a slide deck about your product, a working version on its own link after week one. What we build in the first sprint, what you review, and what happens next.

In the first week of a WeTrio Dev project you get a live demo of your product on its own link, so you review the real thing in a browser instead of a slide. Everything after that is weekly releases on a live URL.
Before the sprint: a free audit
A 30-minute call about the business problem, not the feature list: who the product is for and what it has to prove. You get a short plan with what to build first and a fixed price for the first sprint. If there is already code, we audit it and the infrastructure too.
Week one: what gets built
- The core flow, end to end: the one journey that proves the product works.
- Real screens in the studio's design language, not wireframes.
- A live deployment on its own link that you can open on your phone and share.
- A scope and an estimate for the first version, based on what the demo taught us.

What you review
Not a presentation. You click through the product with your own data where possible, notice what is missing and what is wrong, and decide what comes next. Problems that would surface after launch with static mock-ups surface in week one.
After week one
- Weekly releases on a live URL, with one call a week and a demo of what shipped.
- Launch, monitoring and handover when the first version is ready.
- A monthly product team afterwards, if you want one: new features and fixes every week, by people who already know your code.
What makes one week possible
A small senior team where the people who scope the product build it, a stack we already run our own products on, and design done inside the build rather than before it. We explain the model in why design and engineering belong in one team.

Why product design and engineering belong in one team
Most product delays happen in the hand-off between a designer and a developer. What changes when the same small team scopes, designs and builds, and when that model is the wrong fit.
