Terms of Service

Wetrio Agency provides professional design services including:

• Presentation design and pitch decks
• Website and product design
• Dashboard and data visualization
• Brand identity and design systems

All services are provided remotely. Specific deliverables and timelines are defined in project proposals.

Each project includes:

• Clear scope definition before work begins
• Agreed timeline and milestones
• Specified number of revision rounds
• Final files in agreed formats

We deliver work through secure file transfer. You're responsible for reviewing deliverables within agreed timeframes.

Payment terms:

• Projects require a deposit before work begins (typically 50%)
• Remaining balance due upon project completion
• Invoices sent via email with payment instructions
• Late payments may pause work until resolved

All prices are quoted in USD or EUR and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

To ensure successful project delivery, you agree to:

• Provide clear project requirements and necessary materials
• Respond to requests for feedback within agreed timeframes
• Ensure you have rights to any content you provide
• Review and approve deliverables promptly

Delays caused by lack of client input may extend project timelines.

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds:

• Revisions must be requested within agreed timeframes
• Changes should align with original project scope
• Significant scope changes may require additional fees
• Final approval closes the revision period

Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope can be arranged separately.

Upon full payment:

• You own the final deliverables for their intended use
• We retain the right to display work in our portfolio
• You may not resell or redistribute design files
• Source files provided as agreed in project scope

We retain ownership of working files, templates, and proprietary processes.

We respect your confidentiality:

• Project details and materials are kept confidential
• We don't share your information with third parties, except the service providers described in our Privacy Policy
• You may request an NDA for sensitive projects
• Portfolio use can be restricted upon request

Our liability is limited to:

• The total amount paid for the specific project
• We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• You're responsible for how you use delivered designs
• We don't guarantee specific business results

We stand behind the quality of our work within the limits set out above.

Either party may terminate a project:

• Written notice required
• Payment due for work completed to date
• Partial deliverables provided based on progress
• Deposits are non-refundable

We reserve the right to terminate if payment terms are violated.

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. If you are based in the EU, mandatory protections under applicable EU law — including the GDPR — continue to apply. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Poland, unless the law provides otherwise.
