Bringing Artificial Intelligence to the German Mittelstand.
ki.bereit brings Artificial Intelligence into the German Mittelstand, guiding mid-sized companies from maturity analysis and prioritised use cases through to real-world implementation and training. Their materials had to cover that whole span — an executive pitch on Monday, a hands-on AI workshop on Thursday — and every new deck meant rebuilding the same slides from scratch.
Instead of designing one presentation, we built the system behind all of them. Fifty-six slides across eleven categories, in two coordinated themes, each one a real PowerPoint slide: native text boxes, native shapes, real charts, never a flattened image. Every scenario a consultant actually meets in the field has a layout already waiting for it.

One system, two atmospheres
The framework runs in two coordinated visual modes so it can cover the full range of ki.bereit’s communication. The dark, gradient-rich theme brings energy and a premium, future-facing feel to keynotes and section openers. The light theme keeps dense information — frameworks, tables and data — clean and effortless to read. Same grid, same rules, same components: switching between them is a choice of tone, never a rebuild.
56 slides, engineered for reuse
We mapped every real-world scenario a consultant might face into eleven categories and fifty-six layouts — maturity analyses, use-case prioritisation, roadmaps, frameworks, comparison tables, data and workshop formats — so the right slide always already exists. Each one was built as an editable native slide rather than an exported picture, which is what lets the team adapt a deck in minutes without a designer.
