wetria vs Gamma: which one for a deck you already have

Pick Gamma when you are starting from an idea and want a deck, a document or a web page quickly. Pick wetria when the deck already exists and has to come back on your company's own master, with every word kept and charts that still carry their data. The two overlap less than their marketing suggests.

• Starting from a prompt or notes: Gamma. Creation is what it is built for, and its Claude and ChatGPT connectors make it one prompt away.
• Starting from a finished draft that must sit on the company master: wetria. It rebuilds every slide from your template's layouts.
• Your team lives in Keynote or Figma: wetria exports to both. Gamma documents PDF, PNG and PowerPoint, with Google Slides via the PowerPoint file.

• Checking. wetria compares every slide with your original before you see it. Gamma does not describe an equivalent check.

Privacy

On Gamma's individual plans (Free, Plus, Pro, Ultra) the default is that content may be used to train its AI models, with an opt-out in settings; on Business, Teams and Enterprise training is always off. Gamma states SOC 2 Type II. wetria never trains any model on decks, on any plan, and deletes a task's files 30 days after it finishes.

Price

Gamma sells credit-based plans (Free, Plus, Pro, Ultra, Business); its prices are shown on gamma.app/pricing. wetria sells tokens: Starter $26 a month for 400 tokens, Pro $65 for 1,000, Studio $130 for 2,000, and about 40 tokens to format a deck, 71 to move it onto a template and 86 to redesign it. A new wetria account starts with 100 free tokens.

Where Gamma is the better choice

If there is no deck yet, Gamma gets you to a first version faster, and it also makes documents and web pages. It works inside Claude and ChatGPT through official connectors, which wetria does not offer today. For an internal update where the brand master does not matter, that speed is the whole point.
